Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our team and support our Director of Customer Service. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is proficient in using modern technologies and CRM systems, specifically Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
- Support a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
- Provide reporting & analytics on Customer Service operations.
- Identify & analyze Data-related discrepancies within Customer Service systems.
- Implement innovative customer service strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and mentor team members on Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring they are proficient and maximizing its capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations departments to enhance technology-driven customer service solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making and report to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Customer Service Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organization & coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace and implement new technologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer service SOPs.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic business environment.
