What You’ll Actually Do:

– Jump on customer calls and emails fast—no ghosting, just real answers, real quick.
– Keep our CRM system looking sharp. Update stuff, track convos, basically be the person who knows what’s going on with every customer.
– Dig into customer data (yep, spreadsheets and all that jazz) to spot trends and help us keep folks happy—and coming back.
– Tackle complaints head-on and don’t stop ‘til you’ve turned that frown upside down.

What We’re Looking For:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or something close enough.
– Got 1–3 years doing CRM, customer service, or something similar? Perfect.
– Bonus points if you’ve played in the automotive sandbox before.
– You know your way around CRM tools and Microsoft Office—no hand-holding needed.
– You can actually talk to people like a human (seriously, it matters) and get along with all sorts.
– Problem-solving is your jam, and you actually notice the little things.
– Chaos doesn’t freak you out—you can juggle and keep up when things get wild.
