What you’ll do:

Support transformation projects, ensuring they achieve measurable impact and align with AGI’s strategic goals.
Collaborate with the Manager of Enterprise Excellence on Lean, Six Sigma projects to enhance business efficiency.
Assist in transforming operating models by focusing on customer feedback, process efficiency, and performance improvement.
Identify and deliver quality business solutions within agreed timelines and frameworks.
Map current processes to uncover opportunities for simplification, automation, and consolidation.

Who You Are:

2-5 years Consulting experience (Inhouse/Managment)
Bachelor’s Degree in Maths, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experienced in Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management.
Proficient in business analysis, process mapping, and data analysis.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
