What you’ll do:

  • Support transformation projects, ensuring they achieve measurable impact and align with AGI’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Enterprise Excellence on Lean, Six Sigma projects to enhance business efficiency.
  • Assist in transforming operating models by focusing on customer feedback, process efficiency, and performance improvement.
  • Identify and deliver quality business solutions within agreed timelines and frameworks.
  • Map current processes to uncover opportunities for simplification, automation, and consolidation.

 

Who You Are:

  • 2-5 years Consulting experience (Inhouse/Managment)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Maths, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Experienced in Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management.
  • Proficient in business analysis, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
