Key Responsibilities:

Resolve minor issues potentially with your own hands-on skills
Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines
Develop and maintain project schedules
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Prepare and review technical drawings and plans
Identify and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner
Research about construction materials
