Key Role & Summary
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of high-rise building projects from planning through to completion. This position demands a professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-rise construction, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of regulatory compliance & high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

– The high-rise project will be led and managed by you, coordinating together with all parties involved. The targets for the project in terms of scope, schedule, quality, cost and safety will be followed up on and assured respectively.

– Planning for procurement and resources is for materials, subcontractors, labor and equipment.

– The compliance with the building codes, regulations and statutory requirements of Dubai and UAE in the areas of safety, environment, and others will be made sure of.

– You will coordinate with the different parties such as architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors, as well as the clients to make sure that everyone is on the same page and that the project specifications have been delivered.

– The standard of quality will be controlled: craftsmanship will be monitored and the quality standards enforced; inspections will be handled and any quality assurance programs.

– Safety will be managed by making sure that HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies are followed; visits to the site for safety audits will be conducted; and safe work practices will be ensured to be followed.

– Risk will be managed by spotting potential risks or delays; and coming up with ways to lessen the impact.

– The report will be a regular progress update to the senior management, stakeholders; the change orders and client communications will be handled.

– The leadership of the team: the site team (supervisors, foremen, site engineers) will be managed by you, the staff will be mentored, the conflicts will be resolved, and the performance of the team will be ensured.

Qualifications & Experience:
– A bachelor degree in the fields of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related area.

– At least 10 years of gradually ascending experience in the shooting of high-rise (multi-storey) buildings.

– Concepție excelentă și cunoștințe de toate legislațiile, normele, și standardele locale din Dubai/UAE.
– A masterful command of construction techniques, materials, structural systems, and building technologies.
– He/she has repeatedly provided evidence of his/her leadership and people management capabilities.
– First-rate communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
– He/she is excellent in financial management: budgeting, cost control, financial reporting.
– Knowledge of project management software/tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, etc.) is a plus.
