Requirements:
– Requires 4 years minimum experience at a fine dining or Turkish restaurant
– Preferably someone has Turkish or Greek experience or has knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
– Must be disciplined, flexible, and adaptable to changing hours of work.

– Good English communication skills are required.

– Excellent personal hygiene and presentation are an absolute must.
