Position Overview:
The Charge Nurse – ICU is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire ICU unit operations and ensuring that the patient care delivered is effective, efficient, and safe. The Charge Nurse will manage the ICU staff of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers and will also coordinate patient care while giving nursing staff support and training. This role requires not only the possession of advanced clinical skills but also strong communication and the ability to make quick and informed decisions even under pressure.

Qualifications:
– A recognized institution must have awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
– Current DHA License is a must and will be the basis for considering the application.
– A candidate must have demonstrated experience as a Charge Nurse in an ICU.
– Superior skills in leading, making clinical decisions and communicating are needed.
– A nurse should be able to manage and provide high-acuity care in a chaotic environment.
