We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Zoho, SQL, and Excel, and a background in the healthcare or pharmacy industry. This role is critical in transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare data (ideally prescription medicine), be proficient in data analysis tools, and possess the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret complex healthcare data from various sources to generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business decisions.
Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Zoho, SQL, and Excel.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive revenue and improve operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions through reporting, dashboards, and/or data models.
Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
Present data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in Zoho, Tableau, or PowerBI and SQL, and Excel is required.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and complex databases.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pharmacy/Healthcare experience highly preferred.
