Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to oversee new initiatives and enhance project delivery by documenting precise requirements. This role is ideal for a candidate who possesses a robust understanding of technology and project management practices, focusing on areas such as Data Analytics, Integration, Security/Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing project resources, analyzing bids, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of all project commitments.

• Oversee and document new initiatives, ensuring thorough requirements are established and communicated.
• Conduct resource scheduling and budgeting for the fiscal year, routing projects to appropriate resources while monitoring overall capacity and resource utilization.
• Manage the bid process, from evaluation to decision-making, ensuring alignment with project goals and resource capabilities.
• Guarantee that all project commitments are fully documented, maintaining clarity and precision in project scopes and deliverables.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities in key technological areas such as Data Analytics, AI, Security/Privacy, and Integration, facilitating effective collaborations and solutions.

• Proven experience in business analysis, with exposure to project management within a technology-driven environment.
• Understanding of at least two of the following areas: Data Analytics, Integration, Security/Privacy, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong ability to perform resource analysis and management, with a keen eye for detail in budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively documenting requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a capability to anticipate issues and devise effective solutions.
