About the Role:
- As a Brand Manager, you will manage a portfolio of emerging consumer brand accounts and develop partnerships in a highly collaborative team environment.
- You will spend 60% of your time managing client relationships, building trust, interpreting needs, and developing custom brand strategies.
- The remaining 40% of the time is spent on project management as you strategize with and direct the efforts of a team of specialists responsible for delivering specific results such as analysis, advertising, copywriting, and promotion strategies.
- As the leader of a brand pod, you will be responsible for driving strategy and ensuring our clients receive constant and thorough communication.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of purpose-driven brands and their Amazon strategy, including client communication and day-to-day brand growth
- Nurture client relationships as an Amazon expert committed to supporting their business growth
- Lead a pod team consisting of Advertising Managers and Catalog Managers and oversee task performance
- Develop a strong working knowledge of each brand’s business and be able to identify opportunities and challenges
- Interpret data points from across multiple sources to paint one clear picture for both clients and your pod team
- Run weekly business reviews with brand clients, ensuring clear data-backed communication and actionable insights
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing brands on Amazon Seller Central
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
- Experience with Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising – Amazon PPC is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables
- Proficient in Excel, including vlookup, pivot tables, and other basic formulas
- Understanding of and ability to review market, advertising, and sales metrics for use in developing strategic plans to achieve client revenue and profitability goals
- Strong communication – especially related to interpreting large amounts of data and boiling it down to clear insights and actions
