Job Description

Working on the electrical and mechanical systems of various models means that each day will be filled with diverse tasks. Utilizing our advanced diagnostic technology, you’ll inspect components for wear and tear, perform technical maintenance, repair or replace parts, and verify the functionality of vehicles and their subsystems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Must be a certified BMW Technician.
  • 5-6 years of experience as a Technician in a dealership setting.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles by conducting inspections and tests to pinpoint the source of problems.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, spark plug replacements, brake services, and brake fluid replacements.
  • Diagnose electrical issues using BMW applications and testing equipment, such as ISTA, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
  • Execute repairs on vehicles, including engine overhauls, suspension work, oil leak fixes, and other mechanical tasks.
  • Communicate with Team Leaders regarding repair issues and the necessary work to resolve them.
  • Diagnose and repair computerized engine controls, transmission controls, and other electronic components of vehicles.
  • Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify problems with engines, transmissions, and other components.
  • Install new parts as needed during repairs, following BMW repair instructions.
