Bellman Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Bellman to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests by assisting with their luggage, delivering messages, and offering information about the hotel and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
– Assist guests with luggage, including transporting and storing their belongings.
– Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
– Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms in a timely manner.
– Help with valet parking and coordinate with the front desk for guest arrivals and departures.
– Maintain a clean and organized lobby area and assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the hotel.
– Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
– Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to handle luggage and items weighing up to 50 pounds.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
