Role Description:

This role is ideal for women who wants to manage their own business within the framework of a supportive company. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our services, achieving sales target, developing new relationships, and ensuring our clients receive the best service possible. The ideal candidate will be adept at sales, have excellent

communication skills, and possess a passion for healthy lifestyle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reach the monthly sales target by selling our services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in our services.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including women’s groups, schools, and community organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and offers to clients through phones, emails, socialmedia, etc..
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Help clients navigate through our online services and assist them in purchasing memberships and services until they are fully settled and satisfied.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide feedback on client needs and market conditions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports/Fitness related, Health Sciences, or any other related field.
  • Must be a female due to the company’s focus on a women’s community.
  • 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or overall wellbeing industry.
  • Proficient in using sales tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain and manage client data.
  • Fluency (or professional) in English is required + fluency (or professional) in Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Must be a resident of the UAE and not require visa sponsorship.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Patient and empathetic towards clients, ensuring their satisfaction is a top priority.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
