About The Job

Maximus is looking for a Associate General Manager/Product Manager to own its Weight Loss service line. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with deep product management experience who would like to transition into a business owner role, or who comes from a business-oriented background with hands-on product experience. We are looking for someone who is deeply entrepreneurial and willing to roll up their sleeves, while being able to assess the big picture. .

Responsibilities


You’ll be the strategic owner of Maximus’ Weight Loss service line, developing and executing a comprehensive plan to drive growth and optimize the user experience. This includes collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and medical teams to bring your vision to life.

  • Some of the exciting things you’ll do:
    • Set the strategy and develop the operational plan to scale Maximus’ efforts in weight loss and other expansion categories.
    • Gather requirements and documentation, write tickets, and perform user research and testing
    • Work with product to ensure high impact features related to weight loss are prioritized on the overall company roadmap
    • Work closely with the marketing team to deploy marketing budget across core and experimental channels.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure a best-in-class patient experience

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of overall work experience, having spent time in digital health and/or e-commerce, including direct experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of expanding responsibilities in other areas of a business (e.g. marketing, operations, etc)
