Responsibilities
You’ll be the strategic owner of Maximus’ Weight Loss service line, developing and executing a comprehensive plan to drive growth and optimize the user experience. This includes collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and medical teams to bring your vision to life.
- Some of the exciting things you’ll do:
- Set the strategy and develop the operational plan to scale Maximus’ efforts in weight loss and other expansion categories.
- Gather requirements and documentation, write tickets, and perform user research and testing
- Work with product to ensure high impact features related to weight loss are prioritized on the overall company roadmap
- Work closely with the marketing team to deploy marketing budget across core and experimental channels.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure a best-in-class patient experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall work experience, having spent time in digital health and/or e-commerce, including direct experience in product management.
- Proven track record of expanding responsibilities in other areas of a business (e.g. marketing, operations, etc)
