Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Manager for our Lifeguard team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for water safety. As an Assistant Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of our lifeguard staff, ensuring a safe environment for all guests while assisting in training and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and support the lifeguard team to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
– Assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of lifeguards.
– Enforce water safety rules and regulations.
– Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
– Ensure proper functioning of all safety equipment.
– Work closely with management to address customer concerns and provide excellent service.
– Maintain a safe and clean pool area.
– Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the aquatic facility.

Qualifications:

-Valid Lifeguard Certification
– CPR and First Aid Certification
– Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a supervisory role preferred.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
