As a Gensler Technical Designer, you will collaborate with our design team to develop innovative and creative design solutions throughout all phases of our projects. • Contribute to our architectural design process in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
• Coordinate architectural design documents with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
• Create graphic presentations, 3d models and renderings, and design drawings
• Research and specify materials, building systems, and products

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or equivalent
• 0 – 5 years of related architectural project experience
• Proficiency in physical modeling and digital modeling using Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Revit
• Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required; especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwell and /or Net Zero Building certification.
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• State licensure and LEED accreditation a plus
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software
• Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
