So, here’s the deal we’re hunting for a sharp Architectural Draftsman who’s actually worked in the UAE interior fit-out scene. If you know your way around commercial spaces, luxury pads, or swanky hotels, we wanna talk.

What you gotta bring to the table:

– Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or something close enough (no random diplomas, please).
– At least three years messing around with drafts for fancy interiors here in the UAE. Not your first rodeo.
– You gotta be a wizard with AutoCAD. Know Revit? Even better. If you can handle 3D Max and actually know your way around UAE building codes, you’re golden.
– Nerd out on the details—interior finishes, joinery, those tiny bits that make a place look tight. MEP drawings shouldn’t scare you either.
– You can take some messy design idea and turn it into shop drawings that actually make sense. Basically, you connect the dots between “pretty picture” and “this can actually get built.”
– Team player, but not the annoying kind. You’ll be rubbing elbows with architects, designers, project managers—all sorts. Gotta speak their language.
– UAE building rules? You know ’em, or at least you’re not gonna get us in trouble with the municipality.

What you’ll actually do (besides drink a ton of coffee):

– Whip up detailed drawings for interior fit-out gigs, from napkin sketch to “let’s build this thing.”
– Hash out layouts with the design crew, tweak stuff for clients, keep everyone happy.
– Double-check your work so we don’t get a nasty surprise from the inspectors.
– Bounce ideas and solve problems with the tech team and whoever else needs to get things done on time.
