Job Description:

Modern Space Building Contracting is urgently seeking a qualified Approvals Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Dubai Municipality License and be a member of the Society of Engineers.

 

Responsibilities:

Coordination with Authorities:

Liaise with government authorities (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Civil Defense, DEWA, etc.) and developers (Nakheel, Emaar, Damac, etc.) to secure approvals, permits, and licenses.

Comments Management:

Address any comments or requirements from authorities and developers promptly.

Document Preparation:

Prepare and compile all documents required for submission to local authorities.

Design Coordination:

Work with the design team to ensure all necessary drawings are prepared and submitted.

Site Inspections:

Coordinate and facilitate inspections at sites for approvals from authorities.

Structural Inspections:

Oversee and coordinate structural inspections as required.

Completion Inspections:

Manage and coordinate inspections related to project completion.

Mentorship:

Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
