Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dubai, a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire a Application Engineer for Systems and Platforms who will be responsible for utilizing their engineering expertise to help customers tackle complex problems using Ansys Digital Mission Engineering (DME) software, including STK and ODTK tools. This role involves supporting both regional and global accounts to drive software revenue growth by providing technical solutions, conducting demonstrations, and delivering training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Use advanced knowledge of Digital Mission Engineering and Ansys STK to offer top-notch technical support, ensuring high-quality service and effective pre-sales demonstrations.
  •  Take ownership of customer issues, engage with key accounts to provide thorough solutions, and support all technical aspects throughout the sales process. Understand customer needs and showcase Ansys’ value.
  •  Conduct training sessions at various levels and deliver professional services for projects, potentially working with other field engineers.
  •  Contribute to internal initiatives by sharing knowledge, creating best practices, and developing FAQs for the knowledge base.
  • Design and implement comprehensive system-level solutions using Ansys DME tools, integrating technologies like System Architecture Modeling, MBSE, SPDM, design exploration, and optimization.
  •  Develop expertise in multi-domain mission engineering and become a recognized subject matter and industry expert.
