Al Nasr Contracting requires an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to direct recruitment efforts and promote company growth throughout its infrastructure project operations.
Experience Required: The ideal candidate will have seven years of practical experience recruiting talent for UAE contracting companies that primarily handle infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will take charge of the entire recruitment cycle beginning with candidate sourcing and concluding with employee onboarding.
Work with department leaders to determine their recruitment requirements.
Develop and sustain solid talent networks which serve technical positions as well as roles that are project-specific.
The candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge about the specific recruitment requirements for infrastructure projects.
The candidate should have experience with UAE recruitment platforms along with a good understanding of market dynamics.
The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
The candidate should either live in Abu Dhabi or be willing to move to the city.
