So, Al Murooj English School is hiring. Yep, they’re actually looking for folks who give a damn about education—and not just teachers, either. You could be wrangling IT issues, running activities, or, if you’re one of those super-organized types, running admin behind the scenes. Sounds like your jam? Well, keep reading.
– IT Pro (so, the hero when everyone’s WiFi dies)
– Class Teacher (Bachelor’s in Education, you know the drill)
– EYFS Teacher (fancy acronym, but it’s basically for the littlest kids)
– Science Teacher (either a degree in education or, if you’re a science nerd, that plus a teaching diploma)
– Arabic Subject Team Leader (see above, swap “science” for “Arabic”)
– Special Ed Teacher (got a degree in Special Ed? They want you)
– Local Admin (admin wizards, roll up)
– Activity Coordinator (Bachelor’s in Event Management, Marketing, Comms, or something similar—so, the “fun person”)
– IT Support Officer (same as IT Pro, but maybe less superhero, more behind-the-scenes)
– Psychologist (Bachelor’s in Psych or Counseling—bring your empathy game)
– Homeroom Teacher for Primary and KG (so, you’re the class parent, basically)
– Secretary (must be a computer ninja with killer English and real school experience)
– Art Teacher for KG & Primary (paint, glitter, glue sticks—go wild)
– You gotta have at least 2 years UAE experience. No, freshers, sorry.
– Educational degree with that official UAE equivalency stamp. Bureaucracy, am I right?
– If you’re teaching, 2 years of experience with the British Curriculum.
– IELTS 6.5+ or proof your degree was in English. No faking it.
– Own visa (spouse or private) unless you’ve got some magic workaround.
Be doing all this in Abu Dhabi. Not a bad place to be, honestly.
“Hey, this is so me!” chuck your CV over to CVS@almuroojsch.com before someone else does.
Live a little. Your next chapter could start here. Or at least your next paycheck.
