1. Carpenter

• Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Immediate availability are preferred.

 2. Painter

• Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Immediate availability are preferred.

3. Multiskilled Technician – Civil

• Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Immediate availability are preferred.

4. Mason

• Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Immediate availability are preferred.

5. Civil Supervisor

• Candidates preferably with Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in Supervisory role.

6. Pest Control Technicians

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Pest Control Technician or similar role.
• Must possess physical stamina and be able to withstand harsh conditions.
• Ability to stand for an extended period and work in uncomfortable environments.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully to apply pesticides safely.
• Must possess good customer service skills and be customer-focused.
• Strong ability to keep good records of hours worked and chemicals used.

7. Pest Control Supervisor

• Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Having good verbal and written skills.
• Certified by local authorities.
