Job Position – Admin Executive
Location – Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
– Arrange any necessary transportation for staff and shipments to the designated locations.
– Administer and supervise the company’s housing
– Schedule repairs and maintenance on the housing.
– Organize, plan, and schedule the driver, dispatcher, and other transportation roles.
– Perform regular maintenance checks on vehicles and schedule repairs.
– Assist coworkers in the assigned area of work as needed.
– Carry out any other task assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
– Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in Qatar.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
– Valid Qatari Light Driving License (mandatory).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as required.
– High attention to detail with a positive, proactive attitude.
– Fluency in English and Hindi.
– Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with NOC and ready to join immediately.
