Job Position – Accounts and Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts and Logistics Coordinator to support and lead our financial transactions and logistical functions. The perfect candidate will have enough professional experience in accounts and logistics coordination to guarantee accuracy, efficiciency, and smooth execution within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Duties:
– Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
– Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
– Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
– Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
– Handle VAT documentation and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
– Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation as required.

Logistics Duties:
– Supervise logistical operations for supply chain processes including shipping and receiving as well as inventory management
– Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, logistical providers, and customers in relation to logistics.
– Participate in logistics management for supervising, scheduling, and monitoring the shipping of the finished product according to requirements and required timing.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Preferred Gender: Female
– Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a combined accounts and logistics role.
– Education: High school diploma is required; a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Arabic or other languages would be preferred. – Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, prioritizing the workload while managing multiple concurrent projects in a highly demanding environment. – Attention to detail while producing an extreme level of accuracy with numbers. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, – A self-starter with a strong problem-solving skillset who is able to work individually or with minimal supervision.
