Job Description
- Support in maintaining timely and accurate financial statements and reports monthly.
- Support implementing and ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit.
- Document and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Bank account reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Assist in reviewing monthly results and implementing monthly variance reporting.
- Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Assist in overseeing all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid promptly and accurately.
- Maintain financial records for each client project in a manner that facilitates management reports.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects.
- Assistance in the management of all leases, contracts, and acquisition of capital assets and ensuring that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate.
- Ensure tax compliance and accurate and timely filings of tax returns for Bizzmosis.
- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping for external clients.
