Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-4 years of experience in accounting, looking to grow their skills and make a significant impact in a vibrant sector, you will handle financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Develop and maintain financial databases and systems.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Prepare for audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Analyze financial performance and contribute to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts.
• Offer professional judgement on financial matters and advise on ways of improving business performance.
• Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of Local and International Tax Regulations
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Experience in free zones is a big plus.
