Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-4 years of experience in accounting, looking to grow their skills and make a significant impact in a vibrant sector, you will handle financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.
Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Develop and maintain financial databases and systems.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Prepare for audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.
Analyze financial performance and contribute to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts.
Offer professional judgement on financial matters and advise on ways of improving business performance.
Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting principles.
High attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive and independent with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Understanding of Local and International Tax Regulations
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Experience in free zones is a big plus.
