About The Role

 

An exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a leader in the interactive demo market has arisen. The team has experienced strong growth since its inception in 2020 and now serves over 850 customers, including prominent names in the SaaS industry.

This role presents a unique chance to engage with an existing customer base that is highly satisfied, as evidenced by a world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS). The organization seeks an individual to spearhead the upselling of a new array of products in an untouched market—there is ample potential for growth here!

This is a full-time, paid position. The team operates under a remote-first policy, though about half the team is based in NYC, where in-person collaboration occurs regularly at WeWork. Participants can choose either option, and the team also hosts semi-annual offsites in exciting locations such as Palm Springs and Barcelona.

Who will be successful in this role

 

  • Impactful Individual Contributor:

The ideal candidate will immediately start making revenue impacts by upselling to current customers.

 

  • Builder Mindset:

This position is crucial for long-term success. The organization seeks someone capable of outlining a scalable process and playbook to facilitate the future development of the Account Management team.

 

  • Strong Collaboration Skills:

As the founding Account Manager, collaboration will be key. The individual will work closely with the Head of Sales and the customer success team.

 

What is being built

 

The organization is on a mission to simplify the buying process, akin to consumer expectations of trying services before purchase—something that has been historically lacking in the B2B realm. The goal is to empower teams to create “try before you buy” experiences.

Leveraging a no-code platform, teams can swiftly produce interactive product demos, allowing customers to deliver controlled and guided product experiences without needing logins.
