Job Requirements:
B. Com, CPA or BSc in Accounting from an accredited university.
Five years’ experience in a similar position
Prior UAE experience in Hospital/Healthcare industry is preferred.
Fluency in English, Arabic is an asset.

The OD Specialist assists in implementing and maintaining the systems and processes for the job creation, job evaluation, organizational structure design and related organizational change.
To provide, monitor and control effective, efficient and safe flight dispatch services throughout Air Arabia network. Obtains over-flying rights and ensures timeliness and reliability of all scheduled/non-scheduled flights in compliance with Company’s standards stipulated in the “Operations Manual†and with GCAA/CAA – CAR, CAAP regulatory requirements applicable to dispatch functions.
