  • Ensure a high level of service is delivered in all areas from the check-in desk, gym, studio, and pool through to the changing areas.
  • Work closely with the membership manager to ensure the smooth onboarding of new members.
  • Promote and drive the sales of all fitness & wellness services to members and guests.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym, studio, swimming pool and thermal facilities
