Description:
As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of “Turning moments into memories for our guests”.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
b- Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
c- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
d- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Job Requirements:
a- Proficient in the English language (written & spoken)
b- Fluency in Russian language is a must
c- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
