Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
Collate and dispatch complete flight handling documents for arrival and departure flights to respective stations and various internal departments, Airport Authorities and for the respective airline offices. Record in/out load statistics and prepare files of each flight handled.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Analyse and check individual allocated flights in order to avoid any possible situation that could cause disruption or delay.
b- Meet each assigned aircraft on arrival and receive inbound documents consolidates and distributes them to various internal units, Airport Authorities and respective Airlines for collection from the Documents Office.
c- Maintains close relation ships with Airlines, Government agencies, to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service is consistently delivered.
Job Requirements:
a- Experience: Administration. Data entry: 1+ Year
b- Qualification: 10 Years schooling or equivalent
c- Possess current UAE Driving Licence.
