1- Customs Coordinator
Job: Full Time
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Description:
In this role, the successful candidate is responsible to provide the Best Customer Experience for Customers, by ensuring all shipments are executed within the promised Service Levels.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Collect and Validate customs clearance documents (Commercial documents) from customers and process customs declaration without any errors.
b- Interact with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, Government authorities and Port Authorities if required
c- Obtain necessary endorsement from RAK customs officials and timely submission of exit entry certificate in RAK.ae Portal, Track the application until the same approved/settled by customs.
d- Actively seek and report operational process gaps / errors, with an aim to continuous improvement, using First Choice tools like PDs, PRS, Gemba, PEAs etc.
Job Requirements:
a- 2-3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing & distribution operations
b- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline
c- Compliance with the intent of policies, procedures and agreements
