Contributes to the development of the company’s external communications executing strategic and creative ways to tell positive stories that align with business needs.
Prepares external communications statements and press releases on behalf of ADNOC Refining Management whilst maintaining, promoting, and protecting ADNOC’s reputation.
Coordinate with ADNOC Group at external events, focusing on brand management and the promotion of ADNOC Refining (e.g., at ADIPEC).

Remains in tune with industry news coverage and advises, where propriate, against behaviour that could cause a reputational harm to the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Design, Business Administration, HR, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in dealing with public relations/communication/legal functions within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.

Strong knowledge of communication and influencing techniques and ability to deal with people across a wide range of functions and at all levels of the organization.
Strong knowledge of the latest internal communications techniques and practices in order to continue to enhance internal communication efforts.
