As an Operator, Call Center you will be responsible for handling calls, emails, and any other channel of communication from in House or External guests and colleagues pertaining to inquiries, Reservation requests for Hotel Products and Services, Guest Feedback and Complaints efficiently while following the call standards and high level of quality service at all times. You will ensure courtesy, personalization, graciousness, and thoughtfulness in all forms of communication to attain guest satisfaction and business goals set by the Company’s Leadership.
